Wallace Collection by carolyngifford

On a recent day trip to London, we managed to pop in briefly to the Wallace Collection. Its current exhibition is 'Sir Richard Wallace: The Collector', which celebrates the birth 200 years ago of the museum’s founder, Sir Richard Wallace. This lovely piece is a gold trophy head from Asante (Ghana) in the 18th or 19th century and was acquired by Wallace in 1874.
Wallace Collection is a tourist attraction, one of the Art museums and galleries in Londrez, Rouantelezh Unanet Breizh-Veur ha Norzhiwerzhon. It is located: 482 km from Birmingham, 530 km from Nottingham, 860 km from Liverpool. Read further
