The view from outside is worth the climb or rope car ride. If you've been inside an old Japanese castle before, and on a budget, I don't recommend paying 900 yen to go inside.

城と言う名の娯楽施設だった。1階と2階がお城関係の展示ですが、2階のは熱海城関係なし（笑）3階は入れない。4階は判じ絵というなぞなぞみたいなの。5階は貸衣装を無料で着られる場所。6階は展望台でした。6階には足湯あり。もち米に文字を300文字書かれているのにはびっくり！でも、1番は地下1階の無料ゲームコーナーでした。ここで完全に元をとった感じですね（笑）

もち米に絵や字を書ける人が1階にいます。一粒に300文字とか書かれててめちゃめちゃすごいので、一見の価値あり。ただし、そのおじちゃんには注意した方がいいかも（笑）また、2014年10月26日現在、カウンター窓際に展示されてる、文や絵(風景画)がかかれているのがひとつになってるもの中のもち米で、松と海のものが上下逆さになっているように見えたんだけど…。確かめてみてください。

城内に無料の足湯がありました。海を見ながらの足湯は、すごくよかった。駅前で買ったはタオルお忘れなく
